If anything on a listing is wrong or out of date, email prolisthq@gmail.com with the page link, what is wrong and, if you have it, the official source.
- We check every request against the official list and reply within 5 business days.
- Official-status details change only when the agency’s published list changes. We cannot change them on request, but we will re-check the list straight away.
- A company can send a short, factual response to a discipline record shown on its page. We publish it next to the record.
- Company owners can claim their listing for free. A claimed owner’s description and photos go live straight away and we check them afterwards; phone, website and email changes are checked by us before they go live. Owners cannot publish, delete or re-tag a listing, and nobody can change official-status details.
- To have a listing removed, email the same address with the listing link. Any listed company can ask, including companies on a public official list: we take the listing off the site within 2 business days of the request and confirm by email. We check that the request comes from the company (for example, an email from its website domain); if that check is not finished, we still hide the listing within the 2 business days while we check.
